Do Not Drink … Gamble!

If you enjoy having a a beer every once in a while, leave your cash at home if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your evening bag, your billfold, and keep all cash, credit cards and checks at home. Only take only the money you expect to use on alcohol, tips and few dollars you anticipate to burn and keep the rest behind.

Cynical? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You could have a win following a drunken evening out with your friends and be blessed enough to hit a long roll at a hot craps table. Don’t forget that account because it is as short-lived as it gets if you regularly drink and bet. The two simply don’t go well together.

Leaving your money back at the hotel might be a bit dramatic, but defensive measures for dramatic actions is necessary. If you gamble to profit, then don’t drink and play. If you can afford to burn your money nary a concern, then consume all the gratuitous beer you can handle, but do not pack plastic credit and checkbooks to toss into the mix of chasing losses after your drunken head loses all the cash!

Allow me to carry this a single step further. do not drink and then hop on to the internet to bet in your best-liked online casino either. I love to cocktail from the coziness of my condo, but considering that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards at my fingertips, I can not consume alcohol and bet.

Why? Despite the fact that I do not drink alcohol to excess, when I drink, it is clearly enough to cloud my judgment. I gamble, so I don’t drink when wagering. If you are a drinker, don’t bet when you do. The two mix up for a dangerous, and costly, drink.
